Riverflower is an independent production company owned by Issraa Elkogali Häggström, established in 2021, in Sweden, dedicated to producing original, cross-disciplinary storytelling. Notably Riverflower’s first feature film production is the renowned Goodbye Julia (2023, Cannes Un Certain Regard, Freedom Prize) directed by Mohamed Kordofani. The film with both festival and cinema releases world wide is a coproduction with France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Sudan.

The company produces the owner’s own speaking events, workshops and distributes her early works. Riverflower also collaborates with Story Ltd in Sweden and Mayana Films in Germany.
